For those who prefer a slower pace with the romance of traditional sail, Schooners North offers half-day, full-day, and multi-day cruises aboard their two classic wooden windjammers.  With on-board naturalists and experienced, friendly crew, you can help hoist a sail or man the helm, or simply relax and let the rhythm of the sea captivate you.


San Juan Classic Day Sailing offers 3 hour, ½ day and full day sailing charters to and from many of the islands that make up the San Juan Archipelago. They provide knowledge of local wildlife, weather phenomenons, and even historical island lore along the way.

San Juan Island Marine Center offers kayaks, electric and bicycle and R/C boat rentals. They also have a 21 Duffy electric boats which can be rented to tour the harbor or for a sunset cruises. It can accommodate up to 10 passengers.
