Looking for ideas for easy entertaining? Let the Tucker House chefs bring their passion for food for a weekend of cooking and eating. The seminar includes demonstrations, preparation of 3-course dinner, and the conviviality of sharing good food, recipes and dining with friends. Cost of the class is $125 per person including tasting of the food you prepare, cookbook and $30 dining voucher to Coho Restaurant. 1 to 7 pm including dinner at Coho. Minimum: 4 participants.
Requirements – Appreciation and love of good food and company. No cooking experience necessary. Two week advance reservation required; subject to availability; valid October 1 through April 15, January and holiday weekends excluded.
