Walking & Driving from Friday Harbor Ferry to Tucker House Inn

Check-in at the Tucker House is located at 275 “C” Street in Friday Harbor.

Walking Directions from the Friday Harbor Ferry Terminal to the Tucker House Check-In Area

Follow foot traffic off the ferry.
Proceed straight up the hill pass the parked cars waiting to get on the ferry.
Turn Left on the first main street. This is First Street, which changes name to Harrison Street.
Continue up Harrison Street and Turn Right on to ‘C’ Street.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-in for ALL guests at both Harrison House and Tucker House are at the UPPER TUCKER HOUSE. Proceed past the mustard-colored Harrison House Buildings to the Tucker House, on the opposite corner, at ‘C’ and Nichols.
Enter the building and proceed to the living room. There is a white house phone on the table by the window. Please call us to let us know you have arrived.
Please remember that everyone arrives on the same ferry, so your check-in process may be delayed; we ask your patience as we attend to other guests. Please let the innkeeper know who was next to arrive, so that she/he may help everyone in the order in which they arrived.
If you plan on arriving after our scheduled check-in times, please let us know so that we may make special arrangements with you.

Walking Directions from the Port of Friday Harbor Airport to the Tucker House Check-In Area

Exit the transient parking for guest aircraft via the gate onto Mullis Street.
Turn Left onto Mullis Street.
Turn right on Spring Street.
Turn right on Argyle Street and immediately left on Nichols Street.
Proceed up the hill to “C” Street.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-in for ALL guests at both Harrison House and Tucker House are at the UPPER TUCKER HOUSE. Check-in is in the house on the Corner of ‘C’ and Nichols.

Getting around San Juan Island and Friday Harbor:

For guests who choose to come as foot passengers, San Juan Transit provides tours and island transportation. You can also rent cars from Susie’s Mopeds or M&W Auto. The Tucker House has a fleet of bicycles that are complimentary for our guests.
