4 slices of texas toast or your favorite bread
1/3 c. pureed butternut squash or pumpkin
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
- Texas Toast – cut off crusts into one inch slices
- Make egg mixture and add pureed butternut squash or pumpkin to sneak in a few vegetables and to give it a rich sweet taste.
- Dip the bread in the mixture. Grill on both sides.
