There are plenty of opportunities for spending your days on the water in a variety of vessels - ferries, kayaks, dive boats, fishing boats, or whale watching boats.

San Juan Classic Day Sailing offers 3 hour, ½ day and full day sailing charters to and from many of the islands that make up the San Juan Archipelago. They provide knowledge of local wildlife, weather phenomenons, and even historical island lore along the way.

San Juan Island Marine Center offers kayaks, electric and bicycle and R/C boat rentals. They also have a 21 Duffy electric which can be rented to tour the harbor or for a sunset cruises. It can accommodate up to 10 passengers.
